What is CEO® Mobile Token?
The CEO Mobile Token feature allows you to use your mobile device in place of your RSA SecurID® token. CEO Mobile Token generates a security code on your smartphone that you can use to access your secure Commercial Electronic Office® (CEO) portal and CEO Mobile® services from your PC, laptop, or smartphone.
Can I use CEO Mobile Token to access the CEO portal?
Yes, you can use the CEO Mobile Token to access your secure CEO portal services. Simply use the code on your smartphone in place of your RSA SecurID token code.
Can I continue using my RSA SecurID token?
Yes, you can use your RSA SecurID token any time you choose.
Who can use CEO Mobile Token?
Any CEO portal user with a smartphone running iOS 9, Android 5.0, or higher can use CEO Mobile Token to access their secure services. Users must download the CEO Mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
How much does it cost to use the feature?
There's no additional cost to use the CEO Mobile Token. You’ll need to download the CEO Mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to use CEO Mobile Token.
What are the benefits of using CEO Mobile Token?
The CEO Mobile Token is a secure, convenient way to access your secure online and mobile banking services. With the CEO Mobile Token, you no longer have to worry about missing a deadline because you forgot or misplaced your token. You can quickly and securely access your online banking services with something you always have available — your smartphone.
When would I use CEO Mobile Token?
If you travel for business or are away from your desk often, the CEO Mobile Token is a convenient option for accessing your secure banking services. You can easily generate a token on your smartphone any time you don’t have your physical security token on hand.


Is CEO Mobile Token as secure as an RSA SecurID token?
CEO Mobile Token uses secure, proven RSA SecurID technology to generate your token code. The feature simply delivers a security code to your mobile device rather than a physical security token.

Using CEO Mobile Token

How do I get started with CEO Mobile Token?
First, you’ll need to download the CEO Mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Sign on to the CEO portal.
  2. Select your username at the top of the page and then select User Profile.
  3. Choose Set Up CEO Mobile Token.
  4. Follow the installation instructions.

Do I need to enter my credentials every time I enter my token code?
When using the CEO portal, you’ll need to enter your PIN and token code, yet when using CEO Mobile, you’ll only need to enter your PIN.
I have more than one CEO company ID or user ID. Can I use my CEO Mobile Token for all of them?
CEO Mobile Token can only be used with one company and user ID per smartphone.
Which CEO services can I access with CEO Mobile Token?
You can use CEO Mobile Token for any CEO service that requires you to enter a RSA SecurID token code.
Can I launch CEO Mobile Token using 3D Touch?
If you use an iPhone 6s or higher, you can use your device’s 3D Touch capability to launch CEO Mobile Token features, including View Token Code, without going into the app. By pressing firmly (3D Touch) on the CEO Mobile Token app icon, you’ll bring up quick actions. Then simply tap on the action you want to perform, such as view token code.
What if I lose or replace my mobile device?
If you lose your mobile device or get a new one, contact Technical Support at 1-800-AT-WELLS (1-800-289-3557), option 8-1 to reset your mobile token access. You’ll need to reinstall CEO Mobile Token on your new device.
