How to use mobile CCER receipt image capture
Hi. My name is Kathryn Uhl, and I'm a CEO Mobile® product manager at Wells Fargo. I'm going to show you how easy it is to upload receipts using your iPhone, iPad or Android device.1
To get started, sign on to the CEO Mobile service and select Commercial Card Expense Reporting. Tap Upload Receipt. You can also upload receipts through the View Charges or Manage Out of Pocket Expenses links. Select a statement type from the list. Then select a card number. Review the charges, and tap Continue.
You'll be taken to the Photo Tips page. If this is your first time capturing an image of a receipt, you might want to review the Photo Tips page. Otherwise, you can tap the X at the top right corner to exit the Photo Tips Page, or you can tap Don't Show Again.
To take a photo of a new receipt, tap the camera icon. You'll have the option to use or retake the image, or you can tap the gallery icon to retrieve an image from your photo gallery. Tap the receipt image you want to use from the gallery, and tap Done. Tap the Image icon to view the details of the receipt. If you notice an error, tap Remove to eliminate the receipt from the upload.
You can upload up to five images at a time. Tap Add to upload additional images. Slide the Email Confirmation button to Yes to receive a confirmation after you submit the receipts. Tap Submit. The images will begin to upload. You will be notified once the images have been uploaded successfully. Tap Done, tap OK, and your upload will be complete.
To review recent uploads on a larger screen, sign on to the Commercial Card Expense Reporting (CCER) service through the CEO® portal on your desktop, laptop or tablet computer.
