Mobile ACH Payments approvalsWith Mobile ACH Payments, you can view, approve, or delete pending ACH payments and templates.
Mobile Mobile Basic BankingYou can use Mobile Basic Banking to transfer funds anytime between your business bank accounts at Wells Fargo.
Mobile DepositUse your iPhone or iPad (iOS 4.3 or above) to conveniently and securely deposit checks to your Wells Fargo business bank accounts and take action on returned items.
CEO Mobile insurance1 servicesThe CEO Mobile service lets you easily manage insurance1 certificates and document property safety inspections when and where it's convenient for you.
Mobile CyberSureThe CEO Mobile service gives you access to select CyberSure® insurance1 services. You can use the CEO Mobile service to issue, edit, and share insurance certificates by email or fax, as well as view a history of certificates you've shared previously. And the Mobile CyberSure Safety Inspections service gives you the ability to enter notes, assign new issues, and note issues that have been resolved on site. Updates are automatically synced with your CyberSure account on the Commercial Electronic Office (CEO) portal.
CEO Mobile information reportingWith the CEO Mobile service, you can check balances and access information to make important business decisions when and where you need to.
Mobile treasury information reportingThe CEO Mobile service provides you quick and easy access to the following cash management reports when and where you need to:
- Intraday composite
- Previous day composite
- Intraday returned items
- Controlled disbursements
- Lockbox availability
Intraday and previous day composite reportingReview available funds for each of your accounts, including previous-day closing ledger balances for sweep1 and foreign currency accounts,2 and check balances before you make purchase or payment decisions.
Intraday returned items reportingSee the total dollar value of your returned items, along with summary or detail information on any service fees charged. You can review this information throughout the day to help resolve returned items faster and keep your payments in motion.
Controlled disbursements reportingView early funding totals from your controlled disbursement accounts, along with any adjustments. Monitor same-day presentment totals to help you make decisions about funding accounts, eliminating overdrafts, and investing idle balances.
Lockbox availability reportingReview deposit totals for your accounts, along with the number of items deposited and a breakdown of immediate, one-day, and two-plus days float amounts. You can even view remittance processing status at any of the sites across our lockbox network.
Mobile commercial card expense reportingWellsOne® Commercial Card program administrators can view and edit credit limits, and review declines through the Commercial Card expense reporting service. Cardholders can easily add out-of-pocket expenses, view charges, and check available credit while on the go.

- Access recent vendor payments under letter of credit terms
- Access letter of credit advising information from trading partners
- View all outstanding letter of credit balances and payment history
- View letter of credit funding requirements on payments coming due
- Receive email alerts regarding TradeXchange transaction activity
Mobile Image Positive PayThe Mobile Image Positive Pay service lets you review exception checks right from your smartphone, giving you the freedom and flexibility to make pay or return decisions anywhere, anytime.
CEO Mobile anti-fraud toolsThe CEO Mobile service can help you monitor your accounts and information for fraud.
Mobile ACH Fraud FilterOur Mobile ACH Fraud Filter service can help further protect your accounts from fraud by alerting you about suspicious transactions. You can review fraud filter transactions by account or by decision deadline, and make pay or return decisions right from your smartphone.
AdministrationThe CEO Mobile service lets you easily control user access and manage your approval queue anytime you need to.
Mobile Self AdministrationWith the CEO Mobile service, you can access the Self Administration service to:
- Manage users. Search for users by name or user ID, enable or disable their access, and reset their passwords.
- Administer dual control. If you're using two approvers for sensitive transactions, each administrator can use Self Administration to view a queue of actions to approve or reject.
